Ed4Training wants you to be satisfied that the course(s) you've purchased meets your training needs. If you find that your purchase is not appropriate for your needs, you may request a full refund at any time within 7 days from your date of purchase, as long as you have not attempted a final exam. Once a test has been attempted, the accreditation process has begun, and we are no longer able to issue refunds. Your full purchase price will be refunded prior to attempting a final test. We are unable to offer refunds after any test has been attempted.
